Important information about our fees;-

When you rent a property from us, we will  NOT charge a tenant any reference fee, nor inventory check in/check out fee, renewal fees or charges to make changes to a Tenancy Agreement. The initial holding deposit will be based upon 1 weeks rental. The full security deposit will be based upon 5 weeks rent if the annual rental falls below £50,000 per annum, over and above this figure the rental deposit will be based upon 6 weeks rent.

Landlords - As of 1 June 2019 it is illegal to seek up front fees from a tenant including reference fees, inventory check in/out fees, renewal charges to make changes to a Tenancy Agreement and others. The required initial holding deposit is now 1 weeks rental. The full security deposit is now 5 weeks rental if the annual rent falls below £50,000 p.a or 6 weeks rental if the annual rental is in excess of £50,000 p.a

Fees to Landlords;-

Reference fee per tenant aged 18 years + - £30.00 inc vat.

Administration Fee -A single payment of £60.00 inc vat.

Inventory check in/check out fees - TBC depending on size, condition, furnished/unfurnished, etc.

Letting Fees;-

Let only:- 12% inc vat.

Management - 6% inc vat.

We are also members of The Deposit Protection Scheme.
